                   A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE PURCHASE OF
                   SEWER EASEMENTS FROM J. W. THOMAS, SR.,
                   RELATIVE TO CONTRACT NO. 76, DAYTONA HEIGHTS
                   COLLECTION SYSTEM, TRACT NOS. 233 AND 234,
                   FOR A TOTAL CONSIDERATION OF SEVEN HUNDRED
                   AND NO/100 DOLLARS ($700.00).

       	    	 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
       CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That there be and is hereby authorized 
the
       purchase of sewer easements from J. W. Thomas, Sr., relative to
       Contract No. 76, Daytona Heights Collection System, Tract No. 233 

       for an amount of $400.00 and Tract No. 234 for an amount of
       $300.00, for a total consideration of $700.00.
